GOOD GOVERNANCE  is term that has become a part of the vernacular of a large range exactly, however, has not been so well established. Rachel Gisselquist highlights the problem of conceptual clarity when it comes to "good governance" and why this is problematic for the practical outcomes that development institutions and the like are trying to achieve. GLOBALIZATION

GLOBALIZATION is a process of interaction and integration among the people, companies, and governments of different nations, a process driven by international trade and investment and aided by information technology. this process has effects on the environment, on culture, on political systems, on economic development and prosperity, and on human physical well-being in societies around the world. Globalization is not new, though.For thousands of years, people and, later, corporations have been buying from and selling to each other in lands at great distances, such as through the famed Silk Road across Central Asia that connected China and Europe during the Middle Ages. Likewise,for centuries,people and corporations have invested in enterprises in other countries.in fact, many of the current wave of globalization are similar to those prevailing before the outbreak of the First World War in 1914.

THEORY

THEORY      is a contemplative and rational type of abstract or generalizing thinking, or the results of such thinking. Depending on the context, the results might for example include generalized explanations of how nature works. the word has its roots in ancient Greek, but in modern use it has taken on several different related meanings.

GOVERNANCE the concept of "governance" is not new. It is as old as human civilization. Simply but "governance" means : the process of decision-making and the process by which decisions are implemented (or not implemented) . Governance can be used in several contexts such as corporate governance, national governance, national governance and local governance.
